Return Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be in resalable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. All monogrammed, personalized, vintage, altered or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the case that you have received a faulty item or a different item from the one you have placed the order for then MTG will cover the return shipping costs based on the standard market rate, in any other case, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note: The amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase.Ā
Once your return is received and inspected by MTGās Returns Department (usually within 5 working days of receipt), your refund will be processed via the same method used for payment. If you have paid using credit card; depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 7-14 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. In case you have paid Cash On Delivery then the refund will be processed in a cash transfer via InstaPay, Smart Wallets or a Bank Transfer.

If youād like to exchange the item or one/all of the items you have received, please login to your account on MTGworld.co and visit the orders page then proceed to choose the product youād like to exchange, the reason for the exchange then proceed with submitting the request which we will review and get back to you within 3 business days with further details.
